Dirk Stockschläder

Together with two partners, Dirk founded the company Innovit AG in 2010, a provider in the field of planning and construction of computer data centers. There he worked until 2015 as a board member. During this time, Dirk significantly developed the company into a successful and now market-leading provider in this segment.
In addition to his activities at Innovit AG, Dirk founded RZ-Planung.net in 2013, a company specializing in data center design, which already has a significant established position in this market segment.
Dirk originally completed a "down-to-earth" apprenticeship as a construction mechanic.
Dr. Hansjörg Müller

Hansjörg is founder and managing partner of mb + p Unternehmer-Beratung, a consulting company specializing in operational excellence.
Previously Hansjörg was a member of the board of a Tec-DAX listed company. Therefore he worked at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants in the area of Corporate Finance / Restructuring.
Hansjörg began his career in the Siemens Group, where he held various specialist and management positions. During his career, Hansjörg has held several supervisory board positions with domestic and foreign companies in various industries. Hansjörg holds a doctorate in business administration.
Professor Dr. Arndt Borgmeier

Arndt is a professor at the University of Aalen in Baden-Württemberg. He is interdisciplinary active in various bachelor and master programs. As the Chair of Industrial Goods Marketing, he is particularly active in the Sales & Technology area. He teaches e.g. B2B marketing, sales management, service engineering, innovation management, logistics and project management and has become known through various corporate collaborations, as well as a trainer and coach. He heads the Steinbeis Transfer Center Institute of Technology, Marketing and Service Management (ITMS) at Aalen University.
Prior to starting his university career, Arndt had been working for more than 10 years in industry. Most recently, he worked as a project manager in management and in-house consulting. He was active for the German business association VDMA. Arndt holds a doctorate in industrial engineering.
